Apart from our ability to help customers with their manufacturing needs, we
also have developed lines of products where we've seen a need and are
constantly looking for new ideas and refining them for production.
Versa Veneer
3c interglobal spent considerable time researching, developing and honing this product
for commercial and residential use. This patent-protected product
utilizes our proprietary technology to craft a surface
perfectly mimicking
real stone in texture and finish. The FRP composite surface is
manufactured by hand layup out of a resin matrix
impregnated with real granite chips and powder. This allows the Versa
Veneer's surface to not only resemble real stone but to actually be made from real
stone which cause it to weather and act just like the real thing. But
at less than 1/4 of the weight of real stone and with
superior strength, it
gains all the pros with none of the cons.

To the FRP composite surface, we then graft an high-strength injection molded honeycomb baseplate for stability. Using a specially formulated mixture of an engineered plastic, we were able to gain extra strength without it becoming brittle and allowing it to withstand the temperature variations of anywhere on earth from the hot desert sun to the freezing winter storms. The honeycomb baseplate was carefully designed, developed and tested incorporating many features for easy use during the final-user installation. The baseplate incorporates interconnecting tabs at full-length and half length allowing for the product to put down like normal tiling or to be down in an running pattern.

The tabs also has pre-aligned screw holes
allowing for ease in installation. Simply screw down, lock in the next
panel and then repeat until all finished.
It includes spacers between each tile making for even spacing of all tiles.
This makes all horizontal and vertical lines straight and even, giving a
very natural and professional look.
The baseplates also include cups on the back allowing for the use of
construction adhesives to glue the part down if wanted.
After we combine the FRP composite surface and the baseplate together, we then place the
Versa Veneer into our fully enclosed automated 360°
sandblasting machine. It sprays the it with fine grit sand from
12 separate nozzles that swivel around the product making sure that every
square mm
is covered. The sandblasting allows for fuller penetration of the
sealants.
Just like real stone, we have to seal the Versa Veneer to make it stain-resistant
and water-resistant. During our R&D phase, we tested over 50 different
local and imported sealers in order to find the sealant that best resists real-life
staining agents. Just a few random stains we tested included ketchup, grease, oil, coffee, red
wine, tomato sauce, among others. In the end, we partnered with
DuPont™ using their DuPont™ StoneTech®
Professional BulletProof®
Sealer and Zonyl 210®
to give the Versa Veneer the best
protection.

3c interglobal's best selling colors are Tan, Quartzite, Gray and Black. However, we are easily able to custom-make colors. We are always expanding the Versa Veneer lines are currently developing multi-colored patterns as well as developing new sizes to allow for ashlar patterns.
